Michael R. Douglas is a Senior Research Scientist of the Center for Mathematical Sciences and Applications at Harvard University. He is best known for his work in string theory and mathematical physics. He is currently working on machine learning and its applications in scientific research.
Mark Girolami is the Sir Kirby Laing Professor of Civil Engineering and holds the Royal Academy of Engineering Research Chair in Data Centric Engineering at the University of Cambridge. He is also the Chief Scientist of the Alan Turing Institute.
Eva Silverstein is professor of physics at Stanford University. She conducts research in theoretical physics -- particularly gravitation and cosmology, as well as recently developing new methods and applications for machine learning.
