♦ Abstract Submission Guidelines for All Speakers and Poster Presenters
• Abstracts should be formatted using Microsoft Word. Please download a sample file here for guidance.
• The abstract should not exceed one page.
• Please send the Word file of your abstract to smwee@kias.re.kr by 14 June, 2026.
• A small number of contributed talks will be selected from the submitted abstracts.
♦ Guidelines for Presentation Material Preparation
1. Invited and Contributed Speakers
• Speakers may use their own laptops for presentations, if desired.
• Those who prefer to use the KIAS facilities are requested to prepare their presentation materials in PDF, PPT, or HTML format and send the file to smwee@kias.re.kr by July 15.
• After the presentations, please send your presentation file in PDF format to smwee@kias.re.kr.
• Copies of presentation files will be available for download on the conference website. If you prefer not to share your presentation publicly, please inform us.
2. Poster Presenters
• The dimensions of allocated wall space for a poster are 1170mm height x 890mm width.
