* 서울고속터미널에서의 탑승 위치 : 8-2번 출구 앞

2. 입실 및 퇴실 

•  체크인: 12월 26일 15:00부터

•  체크아웃: 12월 29일 11:00까지

•  현재 힐콘도는 별도의 체크인 센터가 운영되고 있지 않으며, 아래 두 가지 방법 중 본인에게 편리한 방법으로 개별 체크인 해주시기 바랍니다. 

 

(1)  모바일 앱을 통한 스마트 체크인 (권장)

- 방법: 모바일 앱을 설치하여 회원가입 후 이용

- 퇴실:

    · 추가 정산 요금이 없을 경우 - 앱으로 체크아웃 가능

    · 추가 정산 요금이 있는 경우 - 마운틴 체크인 센터 방문하여 결제 후 체크아웃

[유의사항]

* 다인배정의 경우 : 대표자 한 명이 모바일 체크인 – 체크인센터 ☎ 033-590-5101~5 에 전화하여 도어락 번호키 요청 – 서로 비밀번호 공유
                                외국인의 경우 앱 사용 및 회원가입이 어려운 관계로 동반 투숙객 분들께서 대신 체크인하여 입실에 도움을 주시기 바랍니다. 

* 단독배정의 경우 : 투숙기간 중 마운틴 체크인 센터 방문하여 개인부담금(90,000원/박) 에 대한 결제를 진행해주시기 바랍니다. 또는 27일 아침 학회장에서 결제카드를 행사 담당자께 전달해주시기 바랍니다. (오전 중으로 결제 완료 후 점심시간 전 카드 반납 예정)

 

(2) 마운틴 체크인 센터를 통한 대면 체크인

- 방법: 마운틴 체크인 센터를 방문하여 대면 체크인 진행 (위치: 강원 정선군 고한읍 고한리 산346)

- 퇴실:

    · 추가 정산 요금이 없을 경우 - 유선 전화로 체크아웃 (체크인센터 ☎ 033-590-5101~5)

    · 추가 정산 요금이 있는 경우 - 마운틴 체크인 센터 방문하여 결제 후 체크아웃

3. 정산

- 단독배정 시 90,000원/박을 각자 부담합니다.

- 다인원 배정 시 별도의 부담 금액 없습니다. 사정상 선호 객실에 배정이 되지 않더라도 양해 부탁드립니다.

5. 식당

학회장에서 명찰과 함께 배부받은 식권을 제시하여 식당을 이용해주시기 바랍니다.

아침의 경우 메뉴 선택지가 적습니다. 식이제한 등의 이유로 식당에서의 식사 대신 샌드위치 테이크아웃 을 희망하실 경우 적어도 하루 전에 행사 담당자(김민주)에게 별도로 요청해주세요.

7. 스키/보드 이용 안내

* 스키/보드 포함내역: 27일(수) 13:00 ~ 28일(목) 16:00 2일간 리프트, 장비렌탈 전일권 및 스키 보험 (의류 및 강습 불포함)

- 신청하신 리프트권은 27일 (수) 오전 강연 종료 후 강의장에서 배부됩니다. (리프트권 분실 시 페널티 20,000원 개인부담. 재발급 불가)

- 스키/보드는 밸리스키하우스 1층 스키/보드 대여소에서 "고등과학원 수학부 장부"에 서명 후 대여하시고 반드시 서명 삭제 후 반납해주세요. (이용 기간 중 장비 개별 보관)

- 리프트 권은 28일(목) 오후 4시까지 학회 담당자에게 밸리스키하우스에서 반납 부탁드립니다.

Transportation Logistics Guide

December 26th (Tuesday):

     •  Departure: KIAS at 12:30

     •  Intermediate Stop: Seoul Express Bus Terminal at 13:30

     •  Final Destination: High1 Resort Hill Condo, anticipated arrival at 16:30

December 29th (Friday):

     •  Departure: High1 Resort Hill Condo at 12:30

     •  Itinerary: Lunch -> Seoul Express Bus Terminal, anticipated arrival at 17:00 -> KIAS, anticipated arrival at 17:45

Additional Information:

     •  The specific boarding location at the Express Bus Terminal Station : In front of Exit 8-2 (G8-2)

     •  Due to traffic conditions, swift boarding within 5 minutes is necessary. Please arrive on time.

 

 

Check-in / Check-out

     •  Check-in: December 26 / After 15:00

     •  Check-out: December 29 / Before 11:00

     •  Currently, Hill Condo does not operate check-in center. For foreign guests(including U.S. citizens), please review the information below and follow the instructions accordingly.

(1) Group Assignment: If you are part of a group, please arrange a contactless check-in through the mobile app with your Korean colleague who will be sharing the same room. Additionally, have your colleague contact the front desk at the Mountain Check-in Center(☎ 033-590-5101~5) to obtain a key code for access. Please ensure to receive the accommodation door lock password from your colleague. Your colleague can handle the check-out process through the mobile app.

  

(2) Individual Assignment: Minju Kim (KIAS staff) will assist with your check-in and provide you with the door-lock password. Automatic checkout is scheduled for Friday at 11 a.m. Please be mindful to avoid any additional charges, such as room service fees. 

During your stay, please visit the Mountain Check-in Center to process payment for the personal expense fee (90,000 won per night). Alternatively, you may deliver the payment card to Minju Kim (KIAS staff) at the Workshop venue on Wednesday morning. (She'll return the card before lunchtime after completing the payment.) 

 

 

Room Assignments & Payment 

     •  A fee of 90,000 won per night is applicable for individually assigned rooms. 

     •  There is no separate charge for group assignments. Kindly understand if your preferred room is not allocated.

     •  Room assignments can be checked on the event website: Room Assignments.

     •  Penalties will be imposed for accommodation cancellations made within eight days of the event.

     •  Hill Condo Chamnali Hall III (Hill Condo Building F, 3rd floor)

 

 

Dining Arrangements

     •  Please present the meal ticket distributed with the name tag when using the restaurant.

     •  For breakfast, the menu options are limited. If you would prefer a sandwich takeout instead of dining in the restaurant due to dietary restrictions or any other reasons, please make a separate request to Minju Kim at least one day in advance.

     •  Participants are requested to assemble at 17:40 in the Hill Condo High1 Shuttle Bus Station for transportation.

 

 

Ski/Board Usage Guidelines

     •  Duration: December 27th (Wednesday) 13:00 to December 28th (Thursday) 16:00

     •  Inclusions: Lift pass, equipment rental full-day pass, and leisure insurance (NOT clothing and lessons).

     •  Lift passes will be distributed after the morning lecture on December 27th (Wednesday) with a penalty of 20,000 won for lost passes and no reissue.

     •  Ski/Board rental and return will occur at the 1st-floor ski/board rental counter in the Valley Ski House under "고등과학원 수학부 (School of Mathematics, KIAS)," with individual storage during use.

     •  Lift passes are to be returned to the conference staff at the Valley Ski House by 4 PM on December 28th (Thursday).
