우주탐사연구회 (Survey Science Group)가 2025년 1월에 제13회 워크샵을 하이원에서 개최합니다.

이번 워크샵을 통해 국내 천문학회에서 준비하거나 진행 중인 우주 탐사와 관련된 여러 활동과 연구 활동을 정리하고, 계획중인 차세대 사업들에 대해 여러 관련 국내 연구자들을 모시고 정보를 교류하고 활발한 토론을 하고자 합니다.

특히 우리 학계의 온 힘을 기울여 추진해야 할 차세대 분광망원경 건설과 사이언스에 대해 토론을 집중하고자 합니다. 또한 K-GMT, JWST, DESI, SKA, eKVN, ALMA를 비롯하여 LSST, A-SPEC, K-DRIFT, SPHEREx, Hector, Multi-messenger Astronomy, Korean Space Observatories 등 계획되고 진행 중인 프로젝트들에 대해서 관련 연구자분들을 초청하여 이야기하는 자리를 마련하려고 합니다. 많은 연구자 분들의 참여를 기대합니다.

The Survey Science Group will host the 13th Workshop in January 2025 at High1 Resort.

This workshop aims to review and discuss various survey science research initiatives currently being prepared or conducted by the Korean astronomy community. It will also serve as a platform to gather domestic researchers to share information and engage in lively discussions about future projects under development.

A key focus of this workshop will be the construction of the next-generation spectroscopic telescope and its scientific potential, an endeavor requiring the collective efforts of our community. Additionally, researchers involved in major ongoing and planned projects—such as K-GMT, JWST, DESI, SKA, eKVN, ALMA, LSST, A-SPEC, K-DRIFT, SPHEREx, Hector, Multi-messenger Astronomy, and Korean Space Observatories—will be invited to share updates.

We very much look forward to the participation of many researchers in this exciting event.
