1. Transportation Support

Shuttle Bus (KIAS ↔ High1 Resort)

2. Room & Payment Information

Your rooms are reserved at Mountain Condominium (Room type: Mountain Deluxe Room).

** Please note that bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion ...) are not provided.

• 150,000 KRW per night - Single occupancy

• 90,000 KRW per night - (Bed room) Double occupancy

• 60,000 KRW per night - (Ondol room) Double occupancy

3. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: January 11th / After 15:00

• Check-out: January 16th / Before 11:00 - via phone call (Check-in Center ☎ 033-590-5101~5)

• Please visit the Mountain Check-in Center to process individual check-in and payment for the personal expense. (An accommodation confirmation document will be sent after the conference for expense proof.)

4. Lecture Room Venue

• Mountain Condo B, 1F B2 Seminar Room

5. Dining Arrangements

• Mountain Cafeteria (Mountain Ski House 2F), Breakfast: 07:30~10:30 / Lunch & Dinner: 11:00~20:30

• Meals will be provided to every participants from Sunday dinner to Friday lunch. (If you attend the whole period, 15 meals (5 Breakfast, 5 Lunch, 4 Dinner, 1 Banquet) will be supported by KIAS.)

• Please present the distributed meal coupons when using the restaurant.

- Meal coupons for dinner on the 11th and breakfast on the 12th will be placed on the moderator’s podium in the B2 seminar room in the afternoon of the 11th. Please take two coupons per person.
- Coupons for the remaining meals will be distributed to participants by KIAS assistants on Monday in the Seminar Room.

6. Banquet

• Date: January 14th (Wednesday) from 18:00 onwards

• Venue: High1 Grand Hotel Convention Tower 6F, SPADE / 18:00~21:00

7. Ski/Board Usage Guidelines

• Duration: January 12th (Monday) 13:00 to January 15th (Thursday) 16:00

• Inclusions: Lift pass, equipment rental full-day pass, and leisure insurance (Clothing and lessons are not included).

Pickup	The winter school assistants will distribute the lift pass at the lecture room on Monday. (for Assistants: 13:00 at Mountain Ski House 1F office)	Ski equipment can be rented by signing your name on the '고등과학원 수학부 (School of Mathematics, KIAS)' logbook at the Ski Rental Shop on the 1st floor of the Mountain Ski House.
Storage	A penalty of KRW 10,000 will be charged for lost lift pass, and reissuance is not possible.	Please keep your equipment in a coin locker or in your room
Return	Return directly to the winter school assistants before Thursday 4PM, 15th (THU).	Equipment should be returned individually at the Ski Rental Shop on the 1st floor of the Mountain Ski House before Thursday 4PM, 15th (THU).
