-  We reserved ~10 rooms at nearby hotel, which will be offered mainly to overseas participants. We would pay for 4 nights (from June 24 to the morning of 28)

Important Notice for Additional Stay

- If you wish to extend your stay, you will need to pay the additional fees directly at check-in.

- Check-in time is from 3 PM to 6 PM, and hotel policy does not allow check-in without payment.

- However, guests checking in on the 24th can check-in at any time without contact, as per the notice.

- We have already notified those who indicated a request for additional stay on the registration form.

- If you requested additional stay but did not receive the notification, please contact us at mje323@kias.re.kr.

- Check-in information will be emailed to you the day before your arrival.
