Last-minute Reminders

Hello everybody,

As the workshop is one day away, I would like to remind you of few things as belows. Please read them carefully!

[Sun 10]

1. Shuttle Bus Pick-up point
KIAS main entrance (2:20pm) -> Samsung Station Exit no.1 (3:00pm) -> Reception dinner -> High1 resort

We are going to gather at the KIAS main entrance at 2:20 and then stop by Samsung Station Exit no.1 to pick some of the participants up and head to the dinner place.

2. Registration
(1) Registration : please sign on the visitor list
(2) Name tag : find your name tag and meal coupons in it
(3) Group check-in

[Mon 11]

1. Registration Fee & Ski package Fee (Only Cash Available)
You can make a payment (FROM 11 TO 13) every break time.

2. Ski Pass Distribution
From 11pm I am going to distribute ski pass tickets to those who applied for ski package in advance. To pick up and return the ski equipment, we are going to move together.

*Please do not visit the rental location individually!
*This Ski Pass does not include Ski wear(Jacket, trousers etc), goggle, hat etc

[Wed 13]

1. Return the ski equipment : Please return your equipment until 4:30pm for those who use 3days ski package (move together)
2. Banquet (dinner) : To move to the dinner place, we are going to use a resort shuttle bus. Pick up point and time will be announced on site.

[Fri 15]

1. Return the ski equipment : Please return your equipment until 4:30pm for those who use 5 days ski package (move together)
