♦ Preparation & Submission

1. Abstract 

•  Abstracts should be formatted using Microsoft Word. Download a sample file here for guidance >>
• The abstract should not exceed one page long.

• Please send word file of your abstract to arryu20@kias.re.kr  by 21 June, 2024.

• A small number of contributed talks will be selected from the abstracts submitted.

2. Presentation material

• It is recommended that all speakers prepare their presentation material in pdf/ppt/html/ps files.
• Those who prefer to use transparencies should notify us via e-mail to arryu20@kias.re.kr  before 21 June.

• Please send your presentation file for both invited and contributed talks, to arryu20@kias.re.kr before 14 July.

•  Copies of presentation files will be accessible for download on the conference website.

   If you prefer not to share your presentation content publicly, please inform us.

• The dimensions of allocated wall space for a poster are 1170mm height x 890mm width.
